Our Staff
Our staff is here to support the mission in any way possible and needed.
Executive Director
Andrew (Drew) Privette
Drew has been working in international ministry for over two decades. After graduating from Southeastern Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity with a focus on International Church Planting, Drew and his wife Jennifer moved their young family to Southeast Asia.
In Southeast Asia Drew served as a Church planter and managed a community health and clean water project. Drew and Jennifer served in Southeast Asia for about 6 years, until the birth of their 4th son who had health issues that required them to move back to the US.
Drew was hired by a large International Christian Relief Agency where he worked for almost a decade managing over 100 million dollars’ worth of international evangelism and relief projects in all corners of the globe. Drew has worked in over 25 countries throughout his career.
These experiences were amazing and formative for Drew, but his heart was burdened for those folks who want to be and work in ministry but perhaps don’t fit in with the large traditional mission agencies or para-church organizations.
Drew was led to Ministry Developers Network, where he gets to use his mission and cross cultural experiences to lead and coach small grass roots ministries and missionaries around the globe.
Drew has four sons, he and his wife have been married for 25 years and reside in Boone, NC.
Financial Service Coordinator
Gretchen Baldwin
Gretchen and her husband Cliff have been married for 22 years. Along with their two youngest daughters (15 and 16)
Gretchen and Cliff live in Boone NC. Cliff works with Samaritan’s Purse, North American Disaster Relief. Gretchen
comes to us with many years of bookkeeping and accounting experience.
The past few years have been an exciting and unexpected journey for Gretchen and her family. Gretchen and her girls
have felt led to work at a local Christ-Centered therapy farm. They felt so led to this work, they even moved across the
street from the farm! Gretchen traded in the business attire and the minivan for work boots and a jeep! If Gretchen
isn’t working on the MDN accounting, you will likely find her and the girls working on the farm or transporting therapy
animals to various places to serve people through the calming interaction with the animals, and doing this in Christ’s
name.
Outside of the normal day to day farm and garden work, Gretchen and her daughters have recently nursed a five-day old
calf to health, having to bottle feed it daily. They also care for the lambs, horses and as Gretchen writes “all things
farm”.
Our Board
MDN is governed by an independent board of directors which establishes policy, mission, and fininical needs.
Jewel Greywoode
Jewel is our Board Chair. He joined the Board of Directors to be part of what God is doing to advance His Kingdom. “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few, therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into HIS harvest…” Ministry Developers Network is doing just that, by the grace of God. It’s a privilege to serve in this way.
Chris Harrill
Chris and his wife Tracey live in Stanfield, NC. Chris has been an electrician and electrical contractor for over 30 years. He has been involved in the NC Baptist Men Disaster Relief group and worked as a head cook with the NC Baptist Men. At our local church, Chris has sung in the choir, taught Sunday School, served as a Deacon, Church Treasurer and on various committees. Recently, he had the opportunity to reconnect with Drew and felt called to help MDN with their mission work.
Unnamed
A board member who is unnamed due to security reasons for working overseas. He brings his decades of international service to ensure MDN's strategy truly serves missionaires well.
Caroline McCrorey
Caroline is able to bring a younger, fresh perspective to our board. She is passionate about discipleship and thinking through ways to help people do that sustainability. For our team she helps oversee all media aspects of the operation.
Greg Fox
Greg brings to our board financial and personnel management experience, as he recently retired as president of a national senior living corporation. He holds a Th.M. in Pastoral Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary and has pastored two churches. Greg looks forward to connecting with our ministry partners and encouraging them in their work.
Missy Fox
Missy is a retired homeschool mom with an M.A. in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. She loves teaching, administration, and encouraging women. Her missions experience includes campus ministry in France and international student ministry in the U.S.
